Sure, the apartment has a USPS mailbox, but there is no dedicated parcel room.

All bedrooms are labeled A,B,C,D (&E) clockwise upon entering the unit.
How do I request room maintenance?
Maintenance requests can only be submitted once the resident has moved in, they won't be able to submit requests prior to their move-in date. However, here are the steps to do so: My Apartment>Maintenance>Request Maintenance or there is a quick link to request maintenance located on the Home tab in the Resident Portal. Once in the Request Maintenance tab, they'll be able to add a description and provide pictures of the issue they're experiencing. They can also request a preferred method of contact for follow up once the request is completed.

What are the requirements for providing a guarantor?
The term “Guarantor” in these criteria means the person that will sign the Guaranty of Resident Obligations. Applicant’s or Sponsor Guarantor’s monthly gross income must be at least four (4) times the total rental rate. Please note that failure to obtain a qualifying guarantor will not terminate your lease obligation. Any applicant that does not have a social security number (SSN) or individual tax identification number (ITIN) must pay one month rent in advance (deferred rent), which shall be applied to the last one (1) month of the lease term, to qualify for occupancy.
