What does all inclusive mean?
All utilities: heat, central air, electricity, basic cable, high-speed internet, trash pick-up, and water are included in the rent price.
Is there laundry facilities at Skyler Commons?
There is coin-op laundry available on floors 2, 3 and 4.
Is there a parking lot?
Parking passes for the year are available on a first come, first served basis and are $125/month. Residents must register their vehicle with the property management office and display the appropriate Skyler Commons’ Permit.
Do I need a guarantor/co-signer?
Yes, a guarantor (parent or sponsor) is required for all leases and must be approved by the property manager. If a tenant is unable to attain a guarantor (i.e. International Students, non-traditional students), payment of the last 2-month’s rent is due upon move-in.
Are pets allowed in the apartment?

No, the apartment requires you to check in yourself before you can collect the package
What do I need to do if I cancel the lease?
If you do not renew the lease and want to move out, you generally need to inform the apartment 60-90 days in advance. If you do not notify, the apartment may automatically renew the contract. This is generally stipulated in the contract, and the interpretation of the contract and the apartment shall prevail.
