Pearl & Pine is a newly reimagined 42-story tower, bringing 718 artfully designed residences to the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District. Ten floors of amenities rise through the building, from a spa with pool plunges to a sports club with courts and simulators, all the way to a rooftop with sweeping city views. Design is more than surface-level here: warm walnut floors shift to travertine, color-blocked cabinetry adds character, and every transition feels intentional.
