uhomes.com does not charge any service fee for rooms from partnered student accommodations.For non-partner properties (accommodations that do not pay us a commission), a service fee is required to support platform operations and ensure you receive full booking assistance.We also guarantee that we never charge both students and properties, no double charging.If we are unable to match you with a room you’re satisfied with, the service fee will be fully refunded.Can I get a discount on the service fee?
