When can I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of the end of the rental period and you will be reminded if there are any deductions. DPS will contact you to arrange a refund.
Can I pay in installments?
If you have a UK guarantor you can choose to pay in 4 or 9 installments, if you do not have a guarantor you will need to pay in full before arrival.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
If you are an international student and cannot pay by direct debit or card then we have the option of bank transfer. Be aware that many banks charge a "transfer fee" and you will need to make sure that the money you send covers both the transfer fee and the full rent.
When can I check in?
From the very beginning of your tenancy with an apartment, your room is cleaned and ready to go, and you don't have to check in on the start date of your tenancy agreement.
Can the apartment store my luggage before my arrival?
The apartment cannot store any items until your arrival.
When can I check out of my Mandale Terrace room?
Your latest check-out date is the end date of the tenancy. You can leave before the end date of your lease by simply signing out at the front desk, informing the property manager, or if you have something that requires an extension, please let us know in advance and pay the appropriate fee.
Can you help me keep my luggage after I leave Mandale Terrace?
No, the apartment cannot store any items after you leave, so please take away all your belongings or contact the storage company for assistance.
