The property is seconds away from bubble tea shops, asian supermarkets, and a variety of Asian restaurants, making everyday life convenient and familiar for international students. You are also just two minutes' walk from WestQuay which is an international shopping mall and only two minutes from the nearest bus stop to the University of Southampton campuses which is a 20 minute commute. The property is a short 10 minute walk to the nearest train station which is 1 hour 20 minutes to Central London.

Our brand new studios are self-contained with a private kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. We provide an all-inclusive package so the weekly rent covers all your utilities such as water, electricity, heating, and 1000mb super high-speed WIFI. There is also a 40" TV with a TV license provided in your studio, ensuring you have no additional costs for peace of mind during your studies. Castle Way offers the best service, alongside fantastic modern communal spaces.
