Yes, you can request to choose your roommate when booking at The Dolphin. If you'd like to live with your friends, you can submit the request in the application form. Please feel free to tell us your specific needs, and our rental expert will do their best to match you with the right roommate.
When you lose your keys or get locked out, the most important thing is to stay calm and seek help immediately from the reception or the 24-hour emergency centre. During working hours, the reception staff will verify your identity and open the door for you with a spare key. When it's outside working hours, you can ask for assistance from the security staff on duty.
You can also call the 24-hour emergency contact number, which could be listed in your tenancy agreement, welcome handbook, on the apartment website, or on the front door. The operator will guide you on what to do or dispatch on-duty staff to help you.

When you arrive at The Dolphin, the first thing you'll need to do is check in at the reception. The on-site team will greet you there and assist you with the entire process. What you should present is your flat contract, passport, university offer, and other relevant documents. You'll receive the key or access card to your student flat. The staff may show you around the building and explain how to use the heating, kitchen, and other facilities in your room when applicable.
