Do I need to pay a deposit?
Unlike many other accommodation providers, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask that you pay the rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first month's rent. You could say it's like a little gift to yourself, and by September, you'll feel the convenience of it!
Can I cancel my reservation after booking?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days after signing the lease agreement and you haven't moved in yet, you can cancel. If the "cooling-off period" has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or if you fail to meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa denial documents within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them. We will conduct a qualifying review, and once they are confirmed eligible, they can take over your lease agreement.
