If you need to check in early, please contact your consultant teacher. If there are vacancies in the apartment for the corresponding lease period, you can arrange early check-in after accepting the corresponding extra rent
Do I need to pay land tax?
If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying land tax. You must provide proof to the apartment that you are a full-time student
When can I check in?
You can check in on the day the contract starts. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange check-in.
How do I collect my access card?
After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can get the key card from the apartment front desk
Can someone else get the key card for me?
No, for security reasons, your key card can only be collected by yourself.
Can I keep pets inside the apartment?
No, no pets are allowed in the apartment.

Can I smoke inside the room?
The apartment is non-smoking for safety reasons and has smoke alarms. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk of the apartment where the corresponding smoking area is located.
What happens if there is damage at Q3 Apartments?
All damages should be reported immediately via the resident portal or on-site maintenance desk. If the issue is due to normal wear and tear, Q3 Apartments will cover repair costs; however, if damage results from misuse or breach of your tenancy terms, you may be liable for repair charges as specified in your agreement.
What is Q3 Apartments' cancellation policy?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from signing and paying your deposit to cancel your agreement in writing. After the tenancy start date, cancellations aren’t permitted unless you arrange a tenancy takeover—with a £50 administration fee—and the replacement tenant signs and pays the required fees. First-year undergraduates and international students denied a visa may cancel outside the cooling-off period if they notify Q3 Apartments within 7 days of their results or visa rejection and provide supporting evidence.
