アパートの設備はとても新しく、かなり良いです。ただ、階下の受付に常にスタッフがいるわけではないため、急用があると不便に感じることがあります。市内中心部までは徒歩約15分、学校までは20〜25分ほどです。近くにTescoがあるので買い物に便利で、大型スーパーからもそれほど遠くありません。全体的に日常生活はかなり便利で、それでもおすすめできます。

新しいアパートは、すべての設備が整っていて、公共エリアには中央空調があります!! 洗濯機と乾燥機が別々のユニットとして設置されており、食器洗い機、大型冷蔵庫、そして新鮮な空気の換気があり、キッチンは2週間ごとに掃除されます。マットレスは非常に快適で、アパートにはマットレスカバーが提供されています。1階にはコーヒーメーカーがあり、お茶を淹れるためにお湯を得ることもできます。南向きの光は非常に良いですが、北向きの光についてはわかりません。音の遮音性はかなり良好で、排水システムも非常にスムーズです。
