Is the apartment safe?
All iQ apartments are equipped with closed-circuit television monitoring systems and on-site security personnel are on call 24 hours a day. And each apartment building is equipped with smart access control. Tenants are not allowed to open the door for non-tenants of the apartment.
Do the apartments provide bedding?

Does the apartment provide cleaning service?

What items are prohibited?

Do you allow friends to stay in the apartment?

Is there a set closing time for the apartment at night?

Is food provided in the apartment?
Our apartments do not have restaurants or canteens, but most offer vending machines where you can buy chocolates, chips, drinks, ice cream and other snacks.
Is there internet in the apartment?
Yes, all our apartments have WiFi installed and can be used in all rooms at no extra cost. The service is provided by our network partner ASK4. In case of any problems with internet connection, their contact details can be found in the property brochure received upon check-in
Term of payment in installments?
Your rent is paid in four installments throughout the year so that you can more easily afford rent.
Can group reservations be made?
Can. If you want to book with friends, you can visit our booking portal and choose the rooms you want to book in the same apartment. Alternatively, you can contact our apartment management team, they are all happy to help you.
How do I cancel my reservation
Reservations can be canceled until July 31 of the same year the resident moves in. Booking fees are non-refundable.
How can I meet other people living in the apartment?
The apartment is equivalent to an international community built for students. The students staying here are studying in various universities and institutions. This diversity is a very meaningful experience for studying abroad.
How to collect mail/express?
Mail will be delivered to the mailbox in the apartment. Larger mail or mail that requires a signature will be left at the reception. If the reception receives your email, you will be notified, please go to pick it up in time.
If living in a shared apartment, can I choose a roommate?
When choosing a room, you can check the gender of other tenants who have booked the apartment, and if you have a roommate you want to share, your exclusive consultant will help you coordinate.
What if I can't pay my rent?
If you experience financial difficulties, please contact the apartment responsible for your stay as soon as possible.
I only have a con offer, can I book an iQ apartment?
Yes, if you do not meet the grade requirements of the universities you have applied to, then your booking fee will be fully refunded. When applying for a refund, you need to provide a confirmation letter from the university to withdraw the offer - please provide it within 72 hours after receiving the official confirmation letter. Please note that this is the only case where the booking fee, or deposit (in Scotland only) is refundable.

Can I store items during the holidays?

Can I choose a specific room in the apartment?
Of course, you can communicate with the consultant when booking and choose a room you like best.
Can I bring a TV?
If you want to bring a TV, please check if there is a TV connection in your room, but do not bring a TV larger than 21 inches. It is not allowed to hang the TV on the wall, so please make sure your TV can be installed independently.
Can I bring my bicycle?
Yes, most iQ apartments have secure bicycle storage which is free to use. But you need to register your bike with the management team of the apartment when you check in.
Can I come with my own car?
Some of our apartments offer a limited number of parking spaces, some of which are disabled parking spaces. However, the apartment is very close to the school and various facilities, so there is no special need to drive. If you do need to arrange a parking space, please contact the management team of your apartment as soon as possible so that it can be reserved for you (as parking spaces are in high demand).

Can I move out of the apartment early?
You can move out at any time, but the tenancy agreement with iQ is for a fixed term and you will still be required to pay the full rent until the contract expires. In special cases, the operation manager has the right to allow the guest to terminate the contract in advance.
Can I check in earlier?
Yes, we can try our best to arrange early check-in for you in most cases. Please contact the iQ Apartments management team directly and they will be in charge of making arrangements for you.
Can I change rooms?
After check-in, the room can be changed if the situation permits. However, switching rooms will incur additional costs. Make sure the room you want is available, and then apply to the manager of your apartment.
