Likewise, if a student is unable to enter the UK due to coronavirus and the school agrees to cancel the student's enrolment, the rent deposit and any rent already paid will be refunded. Other situations related to the new coronavirus can be assessed and dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

1. Rent can be paid through the apartment’s student portal. 2. In some cases, you can pay by bank transfer if you have communicated with the accommodation support team in advance.
