Can I apply for dual occupancy in Bridle Works?
Bridle Works allows dual occupancy in most rooms over 23 sqm. Both applicants must apply separately and indicate dual occupancy in their applications so the rent can be adjusted accordingly. The total weekly rent comprises the full rent plus an additional £50 fee, which is then divided equally between both occupants unless otherwise stated.

Can I book Bridle Works if I'm a first-year student and I'm still waiting for my exam results?
Prospective first-year students can still apply for Bridle Works if they are awaiting exam results. If their university place is withdrawn because entry grades are not met, students must provide written evidence from the institution within three calendar days of their results being published (and no later than 28 August), and Prestige Student Living Bridle Works will release them from the contract without penalty and refund the deposit in full.
