Candan House provides purpose built Student Accommodation for students of The University of Essex. Located to the East of Colchester town centre it is approximately 1mile/20 minutes walk from the University campus at Wivenhoe.
Candan House which was recently constructed several years ago providing 53 rooms. 8 of the rooms include en-suite facility and one flat has the option of a communal lounge.
Candan House is part of the Forest Road complex which is made up of an additional 2 blocks of 3 storey flats which provides 124 rooms.
