ホットウォーターがないと言うのは難しいですが、防音はまあまあです。メインライブラリからは非常に遠いですし、返金も本当に遅いです。3か月または4か月滞在したからといって、返金されるわけではありませんので、少し不満です。
高層は非常に静かで、多くの人が騒がしい音を立てていません。エレベーターは部屋の近くにあり、外出するのが便利です。
