[Apartment Overview] The Fitzalan offers brand new, cutting edge, student accommodation in the bustling city centre of Cardiff, providing students with a truly exceptional experience. The Fitzalan has vast amounts of social spaces including cinema and games room, private gym and music practice room. There are also communal study rooms, bookable dining rooms and an urban garden with BBQ’s and leisure facilities. There are a range of stylish studios and two bed apartments on offer; all designed with students in mind and come fully furnished to a high specification with En-suite bathrooms and fitted kitchens. The Fitzalan offers students some of the largest bedrooms available to rent in Cardiff. All utility bills are included in the rent, as well as wireless internet throughout the property.
