1. If you haven't moved in yet, your request for a room change can usually be fulfilled as long as there are available rooms. Room swaps before moving in are free of charge.

2. If you have already moved into Purbeck House, you will need to confirm with the on-site management team about swapping rooms. Your request can be accommodated when suitable rooms are available. A service fee may apply to cover the processing.

Please note:

• Room swapping is only allowed to the same room type or upgrading to a more expensive one.

• Downgrading to a cheaper room type is generally not permitted.

• If the staff agrees to change your room, a new contract will be sent for re-signing.
