Unlike many other accommodation providers, we don't require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask you to pay the rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first month's rent. You could say it's like a little gift for yourself, and you'll feel its convenience by September!
Can I cancel after booking at Now Student Living - Jennens Court?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease agreement, you can do so as long as you haven't moved in yet. If you miss the "cooling-off period," you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or if you don't meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa denial document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a qualified replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification review. Once they are confirmed as eligible, they can take over your lease agreement.
