[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
The deposit is one month's rent and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking the property. 
The costs of water, electricity, and internet are shared equally, only air conditioning cleaning and common area cleaning are included.
