[Booking precautions]
1. Default policy: The contract cannot be terminated in advance. Otherwise, if the contract is breached, all deposits will be confiscated and the right to pursue all remaining rent will be retained; If the student finds a tenant for subletting, no relevant responsibility will be pursued.
2. check-in/check-out time: After 2:00 pm on the same day of check-in (if the room is packed in advance, you can check in early); Move out before 12:00 noon on the same day. If checking in outside of working days, students are required to pay all fees and make an appointment for check-in.
3. Notes: If students have any problems after moving in, they need to report to the apartment. The apartment will then transfer them to another room with the same conditions and wait for the room to be corrected before moving back (if they switch to a more expensive room, no additional fees need to be paid).
