The environment, hygiene, and comfort level are quite good, and I can't pick out any flaws; it's very close to the school, saving a lot of commuting time; if I had to mention some shortcomings, it would mainly be that the wall sound insulation is a bit weak, and the shower head has a low water flow, but there are no other issues.
