Please find below the proposed arrangement:

• Commission: 10% of the total rental amount collected.

• Housekeeping Fee (weekly):

* Studio Unit: RM50 per cleaning
* 1-Bedroom Unit: RM60 per cleaning
* 2-Bedroom Unit: RM70 per cleaning
* 3-Bedroom Unit: RM80 per cleaning
* 4-Bedroom Unit: RM90 per cleaning

• Security Deposit: Equivalent to 10% of the total booking amount.

Please note that water, internet, and electricity charges are included in the room rental rate. However, should the unit's electricity bill exceed RM500 per month, the excess amount shall be borne by the tenant.

An official invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment.
