【Apartment Rules】
1. The deposit will be returned within 30 days of the end of the lease, minus the damage caused (except for normal wear and tear), without interest.
2. If the tenant defaults in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. Any sublease requires the consent of the apartment.
3. The tenant should notify the apartment of his/her intention to renew the lease or leave at the end of the lease two months before the expiration of the lease. Otherwise, the deposit may be forfeited as a penalty.
4. If the tenant loses the key, he/she may ask a locksmith to open the lock at the tenant's own expense.
5. Losing the access card will be fined, the amount of which depends on the management policy of each apartment.
6. The apartment will repair any defects within 14 days of the tenant's first move-in. Any small-scale maintenance work required due to normal wear and tear thereafter (such as replacing burnt-out light bulbs, etc.) shall be handled and borne by the tenant.
7. The tenant should use a mattress protector on the bed to keep the mattress in condition and clean.
8. The tenant is not allowed to throw food waste into the sink. However, if the drain is clogged due to abuse by the tenant, the tenant shall bear the cost of repair.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, and the tenant shall bear the cost of removing the smoke smell.
10. The tenant shall not bring any pets into the house.
11. No nails, stickers or damage to the walls shall be allowed without the consent of the apartment. Use blue tape when posting posters.
12. No parties, gatherings or events are allowed. No loud music after 11 pm.
