Minimum rental period: One month.
Security Deposit: For rental periods of 1 to 6 months, the deposit is RM 1,000; for periods exceeding 6 months, the deposit is RM 3,000. The booking deposit (earnest money) is equal to half of the security deposit; the full security deposit balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to check-in.
In the event of a breach of contract, the security deposit will not be refunded. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
Non-Malaysian guests are subject to a tourism tax of RM10 per room, per night.
The rental fee includes one complimentary cleaning session; additional cleaning sessions are RM80 each.
The rental fee does not include utility costs (electricity and water).
