Deposit Details:

• 1 month advance rental — This is the first month’s rent paid upfront before moving in.

• 2.5 months security deposit — This serves as a security deposit and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, provided there are no damages or outstanding bills.

• RM250 administration fee — A one-time fee charged by the management for processing the tenancy.

• RM100 deposit for 1 lift access card — A refundable deposit for the access card used to enter the building and use the lift.

• RM100 deposit for 1 carpark access card — A refundable deposit for the carpark access card if you are taking a parking space.

• RM100 top-up for the air-conditioning meter — This amount will be credited to your AC meter account, and the usage will be deducted based on consumption. You can top up further as needed during your stay.
