Important Notes & House Rules
1. Booking (Admin Fee) is valid for one month only. Move-in must take place within this period. The fee is non-refundable if the move-in is canceled.
2. Balance payment must be completed at least one day before move-in and not during move-in.
3. Only one access card is provided per room.
4. Personal items are not allowed in common areas and common bathrooms.
5. Late rental payments will incur penalty charges.
6. Contract breach penalties:
Local Malaysians: two months’ penalty
Non-locals: two months’ security deposit will be non-refundable
The same penalty applies to parking
Lost access card replacement fee: RM300
7. CCTV cameras are installed in common areas and facing the main entrance door.
8. Tenants are only allowed to use facilities that require access card entry. Facilities that require owner booking via mobile applications are not accessible.
