The landlord is responsible for repairs related to building aging or facility malfunctions not caused by the tenant. The tenant must notify the landlord of their intention to vacate at least two months prior to the lease expiration; failure to do so will result in an automatic renewal of the lease. If the tenant vacates before the contract expires, they must move out after a new tenant is found and cover the landlord's brokerage fees. The monthly management fee is 80,000 KRW (covering water, internet, and electricity) and is paid alongside the monthly rent; gas costs are the tenant's separate responsibility. Furnishings/Appliances: Air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooktop, bed, desk, and wardrobe are provided; the tenant must compensate for any damage caused by willful misconduct or negligence.
