The tenant is responsible for repairing any damage to consumables. The tenant is not responsible for repairing any building malfunctions, water system failures, or damage.
- The tenant must notify the landlord of their intention to vacate two months prior to the lease expiry date; otherwise, it will be considered an implied renewal.
If the tenant vacates the property within the contract period, they must find a new tenant before vacating and will be liable for any compensation owed to the landlord by the real estate agent.
- The tenant will be responsible for a 100,000 KRW cleaning fee upon vacating.
- The management fee is 150,000 KRW, which includes electricity, gas, water, and internet.
- Optional accessories (air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, wardrobe, bed, desk, etc.) are provided; compensation shall be paid for any intentional or negligent damage.
One person, one room is the principle of occupancy. (Two people living together are prohibited.)
- Smoking and keeping pets are prohibited indoors.
- The tenant decides not to establish additional rights such as labor protection rights on the second business day after the remaining balance date. If such rights are established, the contract will be cancelled, and the contract fee will be refunded in installments.
Other matters shall be handled in accordance with the "Civil Law on the Protection of Leases" and general practices for real estate lease contracts.
