1. What amenities and appliances are provided in this property?
Most properties come equipped with a TV, Chromecast, high-speed 1GB Mesh Wi-Fi, a washing machine, kitchenware (refrigerator, tableware, cookware, utensils), etc. Please see the property listings for details on appliances such as microwaves, ovens, and dryers.
2. Are all your properties furnished?
Yes, all properties are furnished with basic necessities, including furniture in common areas and bedroom essentials such as a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and laundry basket.
3. If I bring my own furniture, can you remove the existing furniture?
We cannot remove the provided furniture, but you are welcome to add small items to your bedroom, as long as they do not need to be fixed to the wall.
4. Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in any of our properties.
5. Are couples allowed?
Couples can rent the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom in certain properties. These properties are usually spacious enough to accommodate an additional guest.
6. Are cooking allowed?
Yes, cooking is allowed. We will provide all necessary kitchen utensils; please clean them up after cooking.
7. What documents are needed to book a room?
Please upload a photocopy of your passport's photo page. If you are not a Korean citizen or permanent resident, we will also need a photocopy of your visa card (front and back).
8. How much do I need to prepay?
Your first invoice includes a deposit equivalent to four months' rent (refundable at the end of the lease), the first month's rent (calculated proportionally based on check-in dates), and a one-time management fee.

Deposit Refund - International Wire Transfer (Foreign Currency Outside Korea) - 50,000 KRW
Late Payment Management Fee - 50,000 KRW (with a 7-day grace period)
Late Payment Interest - 10,000 KRW per day (Please note that this fee is usually waived for first-time offenders, but repeat offenders will be charged).
8. When do I need to pay rent?
Rental bills will be issued on the 23rd of each month, showing the rent for the following month. Rent is due by the 1st of each month. Late payment penalties are detailed in your lease agreement.
9. Is a security deposit required ?
Yes, apartments require a refundable security deposit equivalent to four months' rent. This deposit is used to cover damage to the property or unpaid rent. The deposit will be fully refunded if the property is undamaged at the end of the lease.
10. Are there any other charges I should be aware of?
Utility charges such as water, electricity, and gas will be billed separately and collected monthly along with your rent. To reduce your utility costs, please turn off the air conditioning when not in use. This also helps reduce our carbon emissions! Additionally, we charge a monthly air conditioning maintenance fee to cover the costs of air conditioning upkeep and maintenance. This maintenance service is performed quarterly and includes regular filter cleaning, chemical cleaning, and refrigerant refills. There are no additional charges if chemical cleaning or refrigerant refills are required.
