[Short-Stay Policy for Family and Friends]
You are welcome to invite family and friends to your apartment. Please ensure that they are accompanied by you in common areas and adhere to our accommodation rules. Residents hosting visitors are responsible for any misconduct by their guests during their stay, including any disciplinary actions or fines deemed appropriate by Weave Management.
Studios
Visitors staying for more than 8 hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM the next day are considered overnight guests. Each Studio is permitted one overnight guest per day, with up to a maximum of 10 complimentary overnight stays per month. Overnight guests staying beyond 10 nights will be charged HKD 250 per person per night.
Residences & Suites
There are no specific restrictions on overnight guests for Residences and Suites; however, residents must register them in person at security.
