The 10% management fee includes:

1. Gas and water bills

2. 1000M WiFi

3. Property management fee (the community features 24-hour security, a coffee shop, a shared kitchen, a laundry room, an outdoor rest area, etc.)

4. Free repair and replacement of home appliances and furniture

5. Weekly cleaning

6. Deep cleaning of air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and range hoods every three months

7. Advance booking for students to apply for Hong Kong ID cards, Hong Kong bank cards, student Octopus cards, and resident cards.

8. A caretaker will show students around the surrounding area, including banks, clinics, hospitals, supermarkets, wet markets, bus stops, and subway stations.

9. Two intensive Cantonese lessons will be provided by a Quantum Language teacher.
