【Included Services】

Monthly rent includes property management fees, electricity, water, local phone calls, broadband internet, room cleaning (weekly, except Sundays), and bed linen changes (weekly, except Sundays).

【Booking Deposit】

Initial payment: One month's deposit + first month's rent. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of lease termination.

【Room Deposit】

A HKD 5,000 credit card authorization is required upon check-in.
