We offer 87 co-living apartments in our building. This building, located in the heart of Kowloon, has 15-storeys with 10-storeys for residential purposes and it was just newly refurbished in 2012. It has two modern elevators and 24-hour security surveillance system. There are around 8-9 co-living apartments on each floor, all ranging from 80 to 270 square feet.  You will be able to enjoy 24-hour access to the 3/F co-living communal area, where the lounge, reading room, cooking area, laundry room located at!

The rental price includes

Deposit
It is a simple procedure, you will only need to give us your ID/passport copy, email address and we will be able to prepare the agreement and invoices for you.

We require a one month deposit for a 1-6months stay and a two months deposit for a 7-12 months stay.
(The deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 14 working days after the check out date)

For stays which are 1-3months, they are fixed terms which cannot be shortened.  
For stays which are 4 months to 12 months, our residents can give 45 days notice (without penalty) or one month rental in lieu to leave after the third month 

Our company has a first come first serve policy so whoever receives the deposit first, we will reserve the room for them.
Our rental payments are on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month.
