[Annual Payment Reservation Process]
1) After confirming your interest in the room, pay a two-month rent deposit within one day of receiving the invoice to secure the room.
2) Sign the contract and pay the total rent (12 months' rent) within three days of the deposit payment.
[Semi-Annual Payment Reservation Process]
1) After confirming your interest in the room, pay a two-month rent deposit within one day of receiving the invoice to secure the room.
2) Sign the contract and pay the first rent installment (first six months' rent) within three days of the deposit payment.
3) Pay the second rent installment (remaining six months' rent) by January 15, 2026.
[Quarterly Payment Reservation Process]
1) After confirming your interest in the room, pay a four-month rent deposit within one day of receiving the invoice to secure the room.
2) Sign the contract and pay the first rent installment (first three months' rent) within three days of the deposit payment. The deposit will then become a deposit.
3) Quarterly rent payment due before November 15, 2025, January 15, 2026, and May 15, 2026 (three months' rent)
