All rooms are single rooms with private bathrooms, with windows, excellent ventilation and lighting, and extremely convenient transportation. It is very convenient to go to universities such as Polytechnic University and Metropolitan University (average 15-20 minutes).
It takes only 6 minutes to walk to Langham Place Shopping Center, and 3-5 minutes to walk to ParknShop, Wellcome and other supermarkets/convenience stores. The surrounding facilities are complete, and life shopping is very convenient.

1) Pay two months' rent as a deposit within 3 days of confirming your intention to rent to reserve the room.

2) Sign the contract; the two-month rent deposit will be converted into a security deposit.

3) Pay the first installment of six months' rent within 7 days of signing the contract.

4) Pay the second installment of six months' rent before July 15th.

A total of 12 months' rent, paid in two installments. Annual payment enjoys the discount.

[Semi-annual Payment Booking Process] (Includes 6% monthly rent management fee)

1) Pay two months' rent as a deposit within 3 days of confirming your intention to rent to reserve the room.

2) Sign the contract; the two-month rent deposit will be converted into a security deposit.

3) Pay the first installment of six months' rent within 7 days of signing the contract.

4) Pay the second installment of 6 months' rent before January 15th next year.

The total rent is 12 months, payable in two installments. No discounts are available for paying in half a year.

The entire student apartment building does not currently support guests staying with family or friends. If guests or friends need to stay, the apartment can offer a 15% discount at nearby Regal Hotels Group hotels, starting from one night.(Please consult apartment management for details.)
