Facilities and services

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or relax in the living room with comfortable sofas and large windows for natural lighting. Work out in the gym with state-of-the-art training equipment, then relax in the yoga room. You might as well invite a few friends to hold a movie night at the cinema, have some fun and relaxing entertainment together in the game lounge, or enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor terrace. There is an on-site laundry room, which means you will be able to easily wash your clothes without leaving the building. A spacious and bright office space also allows you to concentrate on working or studying at home. On-site security guards who are on duty throughout the night and a round-the-clock CCTV surveillance system ensure that you can come and go with peace of mind every day.

The apartment is entered with a swipe card and has 24-hour security. House cleaning service is provided once a week (excluding bedding changes).

Neighborhood

You can easily walk to 2 MTR stations from the apartment: 5-8 minutes to Olympic Station and Mong Kok Station, a short drive to the High Speed Rail Station, and one stop to the International Commerce Center and Elements shopping mall. There are many popular places to eat, drink and relax nearby.

Depending on room availability, you may be assigned to a room with a different layout than VR. If you mind, please let the consultant know. The apartment developer will try its best to meet the request, but there is no guarantee.

Weave Living welcomes you to invite family and friends to your apartment. Please ensure they are accompanied by you in common areas and abide by our accommodation rules. The host is responsible for any misconduct by their guests during their stay, including any disciplinary action or fine deemed appropriate by Weave Management.

Studios: Guests staying for more than 8 hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM the following morning are considered overnight guests. One overnight guest is allowed per studio per day, with a maximum of 10 free nights per month. Overnight guests exceeding 10 nights will be charged HKD250 per person per night.

Residences & Suites: There are no special restrictions on overnight guests in Residences and Suites; however, residents must register in person at the security office.
