【Charge Details】

1. A deposit is required when booking:

(1) Pay the full rent in one lump sum when booking, no deposit required (Foreign Credit Living, only for Foreign Land Haoju customers)

(2) One-time payment of rent, with a deposit of two months’ rent

(3) Quarterly rent is payable, and the deposit is three months’ rent.

(4) Monthly rent is paid, and the deposit is three months’ rent.

2. Rent must be paid before moving in. The rent payment method is as follows:

(1) Pay the rent once and enjoy the annual payment price of platform login

(2) Quarterly rent payment, the price is adjusted to 107.5% of the annual payment price

(3) Monthly rent is paid, and the price is adjusted to 110% of the annual payment.

3. The true one-price package includes management fees and miscellaneous fees, including the following services:

(1) All-inclusive water, electricity, gas and Internet access charges, rates and government rent, free use of home appliances, electricity/gas charges capped at $1,500 per room/year

(2) Free home maintenance and door-to-door service fees for the maintenance team throughout the year

(3) Cleaning of public areas once a month

(4) Complimentary one-time free emergency lock opening service

4. Rewards for recommending friends:

(1) Each time you recommend a friend, you will get 300 cash back

(2) If you recommend two friends, you will get a special edition Octopus.
