1. New students who are enrolled this year or students who graduated within five years can apply for accommodation. Roommates are of the same sex but not necessarily the same class.
2. New unconditional deposit refund. The deposit can be refunded unconditionally three months before the start of the lease.
3. A prepayment of HK$3,500 for water, electricity and gas is required upon check-in. The bill will be settled after one year, and the excess amount must be paid.
4. The cleaning fee is HK$900 per person per year, the Internet fee is HK$500 per person per year, and cleaning is done once a month.
5. One deposit is paid annually, two deposits are paid half a year (the rent price is the same), and three deposits are paid every 4 months (rent plus 10%).
- The first installment of rent must be paid seven days before the start of the lease.
- The second installment of rent paid half a year must be paid within the fourth month after the start of the lease.
- The second installment of rent paid every 4 months must be paid within the second month after the start of the lease.
- The third installment of rent paid every 4 months must be paid within the sixth month after the start of the lease.
When checking out, you need to clear away all personal belongings, including public spaces, kitchens and toilets, otherwise a HK$1,000 relocation fee will be charged.
- Borrowing a backup key costs HK$50 each time. If the key is lost, you need to pay HK$80 to replace it. The resident card needs to pay HK$150 to replace it.
6. Annual payment can enjoy a welcome gift. For details, please consult the sales or apartment.
7. Tenants who pay annually can sublet the room once, and they need to find a new tenant according to the sublease terms. The sublease fee is RMB $1,000
