The apartment provides a total of 6 single rooms and 6 double rooms, most of which have private balconies. One single room and 2 double rooms are special suites with private bathrooms. The bathroom proportions in the apartment have been carefully designed so that approximately every two residents share one bathroom facility to avoid inconvenience caused by multiple people using it.

The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is located in Mong Kok East, adjacent to Homantin Hill Road, a luxury area. It is prosperous but quiet, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Various restaurants, supermarkets and department stores are within easy reach, and the living facilities are complete.

Public transportation is well connected in all directions. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to and from the MTR Mong Kok East, Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei stations, making it convenient to travel to and from various tertiary institutions.

It only takes a few minutes to walk to Mong Kok, where large shopping malls and cinemas are located, and all shopping and leisure facilities are available.

The apartment is equipped with a lift and a shared living space where residents can cook, dine, watch TV or movies, discuss and communicate, etc. The apartment provides a free washing machine and dryer, as well as a drying area.

Management fee is $580 per guest per month (includes weekly room cleaning, daily cleaning of common areas, customer service, room maintenance and security system)

1. Full payment

Lease period: 12 months

2. Installment payment (one payment every four months, accommodation fee + 15%)

Deposit: 4 months accommodation fee (paid when signing the contract)

First installment: 4 months accommodation fee + management fee (paid in advance of 03/06/2024)

Second installment: 4 months accommodation fee + management fee (paid before 31/10/2024)

The third period: 4 months accommodation fee + management fee (paid before 29/02/2025)

Lease period: 12 months
