The room provides sheets and bedding, but does not provide towels, slippers and toiletries.

According to the room and company schedule, cleaning is done once a week

If you plan to stay for short-term rental on Sunday or public holiday, please confirm with us 1 day in advance.

【Charge Details】

If the lease period is less than 6 months, an additional 20% service charge will be added; if it is more than 6 months but less than one year, 15% will be added (if you check in within three days, the service fee will be 10%, if you check in within six days, the service fee will be 15%), More than one year, 10%.

The service fee includes water and electricity, management fees, property fees, room cleaning, bed sheets and bedding (there is a cap on electricity bills)

【Deposit payment】

The deposit can be paid in RMB via Alipay or WeChat (¥50 handling fee), or in Hong Kong dollars in cash, transfer or check.

Deposit: If you reserve a room for less than half a year, you need to pay a one-month deposit; if it is more than half a year, you need to pay a two-month deposit.
