This is a fully refurbished studio located near Paseo de la Castellana, between Plaza Castilla and the Cuatro Torres area, close to the new IE University building. The studio includes a double bed with bedding, a kitchen equipped with utensils, and a bathroom with a shower tray. It is on the fourth floor, with views over the Cuatro Torres, the IE Tower, and the Kio Towers in Madrid, and plenty of natural light. The building has 24-hour concierge service, eight elevators, and the studio is fully furnished with all necessary utensils. It is a minute from Paseo de la Castellana, close to Chamartín station (Metro Lines 1 and 10, Cercanías Renfe C1–C10, regional, national, and AVE trains) and numerous bus routes.
