This coliving space is perfectly located in a super central area, just 7 minutes walking from Tetuán metro station, 8 minutes from Francos Rodríguez metro station, and only 10 minutes by bus from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Its proximity to the Complutense University makes it perfect for students.
Additionally, your stay includes:
1.All utilities (water, electricity, and gas).
2.Free and secure high-speed WiFi through a captive portal.
3.Weekly cleaning of common areas. It’s everyone’s responsibility to keep the spaces organized, but our cleaning team will take care of cleaning the common areas for free.
4.Bi-weekly cleaning of rooms with free linen changes. Forget about buying your own sheets or doing your bed linen laundry—our team takes care of it!
We know how challenging it can be to start fresh in a new place, so we organize weekly events and activities to help you integrate quickly. Our tenants are between 18 and 30 years old, and the contracts are flexible, from 3 to 11 months, with no commissions or management fees.
You only need to pay a one-month deposit and the first month’s rent.
The building consists of several floors:
•The ground floor features an entrance hall.
•The 1st and 2nd floors are dedicated to rooms, with 12 rooms and 3 shared bathrooms per floor, plus 2 en-suite rooms on each floor.
•The 3rd floor has 18 rooms, 2 of which are en-suite, and the rest share 5 bathrooms.
•On the top floor, residents of the 3rd floor can enjoy an exclusive rooftop for barbecues and a solarium.
This room includes the following:
•A double bed (135 cm) with a pillow and bed linen so our cleaning team can do your bed linen laundry.
•A four-door wardrobe with an overhead shelf to store your suitcase, though there is also space under the bed.
•A desk with a chair and desk lamp for your study hours.
•An adjustable electric radiator and shelving.
