Welcome to your new home! Your check-in should be done Monday - Friday, between 10h and 18.30h. Outside of this hours you will have to pay 50€. On Saturdays & Sundays your check-in should be done between 10h and 18.30h and the payment will be 50€. Plus, the bills will be charged monthly and it depends on the type of apartment you have: 1 bedroom apartment - 75€, 2 bedroom apartment - 120€, 3 bedroom apartment - 160€, 4 bedroom apartment or more - 220€. The landlord will ask for documentation such as (proof of income, a guarantor, passport, payslips, work contract, university enrolment, etc.)
