Note: Weekly cleaning of the apartment with a change of bed linen and towels is included in the price. Outdoor parking spaces directly at the building can be booked for a fee, subject to availability. Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00 and Checkout before 12:00. A monthly fee of €90 for energy surcharge will be asked. Incase of smoking in the apartments or severe damages it is charged a €250 fee. A fee of €20 per night will be asked for overnight stays, including extra bedding (sheets, towels).

Each apartment has its own kitchenette with a grill microwave, refrigerator (including freezer compartment), and complete equipment—perfect for self-catering. Shopping facilities are within walking distance.
The apartment has 2x twin beds with 90x200 cm sleeping area each. Enjoy your private bathroom with walk-in shower, towel warmer, fluffy terry towels, and hairdryer.
Living & Work: Flat-screen TV, ample storage space, and luggage rack provide the necessary space for work and relaxation.
Community areas: Attractive communal areas and additional community kitchen for socializing with other guests. Free use of our coffee and tea station. Starting in March 2026, there will be a rotating food truck offering on our premises on weekdays from Monday to Thursday.
