[Lease Termination Process]
1. Less than 30 days remaining in contract: If the apartment is restored to its original condition at the time of delivery, the full deposit will be refunded. 
2. More than 30 days remaining in contract: If the apartment is restored to its original condition at the time of delivery, one-month deposit will be deducted as a penalty upon termination.
3. Utilities: Upon lease termination, the store will settle the utility fees based on actual usage during the stay, and any balance will be fully refunded.

[Sublease Process]
Subleasing is permitted; you must find the sublessee yourself and contact the advisor. 
Charging standards for sublessors: A one-time service fee of 50% of the deposit (deducted from the deposit). Upon successful subleasing, the remaining rent and 50% deposit will be refunded.
For the sublessee: The sublease period cannot be shorter than the remaining contract time of the original tenant. You must bring identification to sign the lease contract in person. Please consult the advisor for signing rates.
