Brown’s Court offers purpose-built student apartments across the street from UPEI’s campus, combining the convenience of campus living with the independence of a private apartment. The community houses 102 students in thoughtfully designed, fully furnished spaces with durable furnishings, kitchen appliances and practical storage. Each apartment is created to feel comfortable, safe, reliable and convenient, helping students ease into independent living while remaining surrounded by other students. As part of a Certified B-Corporation, the property also reflects a focus on sustainability, high design and community-minded initiatives.
