No — your weekly rate is fixed for the length of your accomodation agreement. If you choose to
renew for a further term, any new rate will always be shared with you in advance.

Yes — email us and we'll arrange a virtual walkthrough of the studio types so you know exactly what
you're booking.

Accommodation Fees are payable in line with your Accommodation Agreement. We will confirm the
accepted payment methods when your application is approved.

Cancellations before your stay begins are governed by our Booking Terms and Conditions — see our
full cancellation and refunds policy for details.

Electricity, water and WiFi are included in every rate, subject to fair use.

The Studio (24 square metres) is a self-contained room; the Studio with Balcony (33 square metres)
is larger with its own private balcony.

52, 26, 12 or 8-week terms are available — the longer the term, the lower the weekly rate. We'll be in
touch before your term ends to talk through renewal options if you'd like to stay longer.

Yes — our team is contactable for support throughout your stay, and the building has secure key
access for residents.

Any damage beyond fair wear and tear will be assessed and the cost of repair or replacement may
be deducted from your security deposit.

Yes, within reason — guests need to follow the building's house rules and shouldn't disrupt other
residents.

Pets aren't permitted, with the exception of registered assistance animals — contact us in advance if
this applies to you.

803-813 George St, Haymarket, NSW 2000 — right in the CBD, about 3 minutes from Central Station.

UTS is about an 8-minute walk, University of Sydney around 18 minutes on foot (or a short bus ride),
and UNSW about 20 minutes by light rail.

Sydney Airport is roughly 13-20 minutes away by train.
