Residents of East Residence, affectionately known as the pirates, are known for their enthusiasm, competitive nature and playfulness. East encourages its residents to grow academically, socially and personally in an inclusive and engaging community.

Like the other 3 towers, East Residence enables student living in a variety of configurations including self-catered studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 5/6 shared apartments.

Along with these options, East also provides residents with a multitude of social and study spaces including study rooms on each floor, a barbecue area, an in-house cinema and a ground floor common room featuring a ping pong table, a large TV and AV equipment.
