1x 2-Bedroom Unfinished apartment - Priced at $916 per week this unfurnished apartment come with appliances included and 12-months free Wi-Fi. Perfect for a long-term renter who would like to purchase their own furniture.

Payments and Deposits

Prices listed are per week.

At the time of booking the student is required to pay 2 weeks rent in advance, to secure the property. The payment details will be sent to the applicant on approval. When proof of payment is received Novus will send the residential lease agreement.

Rent is paid every 14 days, this will be paid via BPAY, residents can setup a recurring BPAY payment to ensure payments are not missed.
