In Genesis 1 Student accommodation all the units have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a common area. The air-conditioned common area is fully furnished with a 2.5 seater couch, armchair and pod ottoman, a coffee table, TV, DVD player. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has a cook top and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils a student needs to prepare and serve a their meals. There is a laundry with a washer and dryer, basin and cupboard, iron and ironing board. There is also a dedicated balcony with outdoor furniture to be shared amongst the residents of the apartment.
